another question with the site has arrisen. Okay so I am not having problems with it going down but now starting yesterday night when I click on a thread or post ect the site will every now and then display "checking browser" also at the bottom is interestingly says "Protected by Cloudflare"(the server). Its not really bothering me but I would love to know whats up with that as its never happened before(unless you all have added some sort of security to the server or blah just now lol)

Don't worry, it isn't just you it is happening to everyone.

It's a temporary precaution (hopefully) to some potential forum problems, don't worry about it and hopefully it'll be gone in a few days.

oh oh good. I am still too use to neoseeker it seems lmao. stuff like this never happens on their hahaaa.

I feel like someone being frisked before they're allowed access to a nightclub. The indignity!

You must understand that we don't just let 'anyone' in. Especially not people like you.

but yeah, on-topic, I honestly have no clue what's happening. It stops my phone but not my laptop which is weird but yeah, I'll poke some admins and see when it's gonna stop.

It takes slightly more than five seconds for me. Cloudflare lies!

But yeah, I remember that another site turned Cloudflare's security all the way up to try to prevent a spambot flood, causing the same thing. It pissed everyone off. I don't see how that might help the downtime (unless crawler bots are causing it; hell, I've gotten downtime and slow-as-ever load times with 500 people online and quick load times with 1400 people online), but if it might work, more power to them.
