Thanks Lemonade for the Lugia! I hope you enjoy your Celebi, It helped me a lot. I just wish Lugia came with better moves then these XD
Yeah I know, it was migrated and it wasn't allowed to have HM moves, so the empty slot was for Surf.

I never tried that but, i think thats the easier way to catch a shiny pokemon
