    I've worked a lot harder on this team. I hope you like it! :)

    Sandslash @ Choice Band
    Trait: Sand Veil
    EVs: 100 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Def / 4 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    -Earthquake
    -Rock Slide
    -Brick Break
    -Hidden Power [Flying]

    CB Adamant Sandslash is fun.

    Arcanine @ Leftovers
    Trait: Intimidate
    EVs: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SAtk / 8 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    -Extremespeed
    -Fire Blast
    -Howl
    -Hidden Power [Fighting]

    Howl once or twice and sweep or receive SD from Scizor. Fire Blast for Skarmory.

    Omaster @ Leftovers
    Trait: Swift Swim
    EVs: 124 HP / 204 SAtk / 180 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    -Hidden Power [Grass]
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
    -Rain Dance

    Omaster will outspeed some standard sweepers like Aerodactyl and Salamence with Rain Dance, plus powered-up Surf. Ice Beam for Dragonite and Salamence. HP Grass for Swampert and other Water-types.

    Trait: Swarm
    EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 84 Def / 152 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    -Swords Dance
    -Silver Wind
    -Baton Pass
    -Iron Defense

    Pretty standard passing Scizor. Maybe not the EVs.

    Trait: Flame Body
    EVs: 100 HP / 132 Atk / 120 SAtk / 152 Spd
    Rash Nature (+SAtk, -SDef)
    -Thunderpunch
    -Flamethrower
    -Cross Chop
    -Hidden Power [Grass]

    A mixed sweeper. It can receive SD from Scizor for a powerful Cross Chop.

    Trait: Sturdy
    EVs: 40 HP / 80 Atk / 252 Def / 136 SDef
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    -Earthquake
    -Explosion
    -Taunt
    -Rock Slide

    QuakeSlide Steelix with Explosion to simply KO the opponent and Taunt so the opponent doesn't phaze you or something like that.

    Brick Break won't do anything. Go Focus Punch. Give it 28 Speed EVs to outspeed Lanturn.

    You won't be facing any Skarmory in UU unless you really want to battle OU in which case i suggest a completely different team. Fire Blast/Crunch/HP Grass/Extreme Speed. I'll give you the spread when I remember it.

    EVs: 124 HP / 204 SAtk / 180 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    -Hidden Power [Grass]
    -Ice Beam
    -Surf
    -Rain Dance

    Only needs 96 Speed EVs so it can outspeed Manectric after a Rain Dance. Max Sp. Attack and put the rest in HP.

    Trait: Swarm
    EVs: 252 HP / 16 Atk / 84 Def / 152 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    -Swords Dance
    -Silver Wind
    -Baton Pass
    -Iron Defense

    BP Scizor is meh. I prefer a Reversaling set. Never used this thing so can't help you with the spread

    Cross Chop on Magmar is next to pointless in UU, but it doesn't get much else other than Substitute. Max Sp. Attack and Speed with a Modest Nature. If Clefable whores you (which I doubt) then give it enough Attack to 2HKO it.

    You sound like you want to use this team in OU whereas it can't beat much there.

    Thanks guys for the help! I will take suggestions from other people too. That includes Husk, AB, Sync, Mullet, Ice Demon, Fr0st, and anyone else who can tell me how my team is.
     
    unless you're playing UU teams with players that allow 3 bl pokemon, this ain't all that UU.

    Arcanine / Scizor and Steelix are all BL and Steelix is getting towards OU.

    Hidden Power Ice on Magmar wokrs better tbh, you aren't going to see any Swamperts in UU, and HP Ice ohko's any Gligars that think they can simply EQ you down.

    Omastar onlys needs enough speed to outspeed Timid Manectric after a Rain Dance
     
    I'm going to try my UU team against other OU teams.

    no not really. I used to do that myselfout of pure boredome. It's up to you. If you want to battle OU use an anti OU

    Water types pretty much rape you
    Expect Golduck to sweep your team or anything that has good Sp. Attack ad a water type move.

    Unless you typoed Omastar somehow while copy-pasting the team, use File Export to Text on the Team Builder
