Anthro City

It the year 2060, and people have discovered how to change their appearances long ago. People soon found though, that being given traits of animals auses animal like behavior. People who have been diven predator traits have killed eachother for food and land, ravaged eachothers homes, and have been unable to control this behavior. Everyone who has been given animal traits have been banished from society, outcasts living in the wilderness. But over the years, the animal-humans of Chicago have built a small town in the middle of nowhere. They've called it Anthro City. The rest of the humans still living in the city, however, beleive these anthros to be long dead. Until one day when a woman and her husband stumbled across the Anthro City on a hike. They went back to Chicago and told everyone of what they had found. This could definately mean trouble.
