Lead Togekiss is a great lead for many reasons such as having Air Slash for those lead Machamps and Azelfs, it does a fair amount of damage to them.
Thunderwave is for those faster lead Heatrans, it is also for taking down Azelf which is also faster than Togekiss. Grass Knot is for those lead Tyranitars, Hippowdon and Swampert and is powerful with Togekisses great Special Attack. It also gets Roost so just when you opponent thinks that Togekiss is finally dead it just heals up and starts back with the cycle of taking out many pokemon.
