Hello everyone! So, I've had this team for a while, and while it's been a mostly successful team, I feel like it could use some improvements...

    Galvantula @ Focus Sash
    Compound Eyes
    Timid 252 SpAtk 252 Speed
    Thunder
    Energy Ball
    Bug Buzz
    Sticky Web

Galvantula is mostly here for the Sticky Web, but I've managed to take out quite a few opponent's Pokemons with it, thanks to its great speed and the Focus Sash. I pretty much always lead with him

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Marvel Scale
    Modest 252 Def 252 HP
    Scald
    Ice Beam
    Recover
    Mirror Coat

I just LOVE Milotic. She's a tank mostly, but can dish out decent damage as well, and the Mirror Coat has helped me take out so many specialy offensive mons.

    Aggron @ Aggronite
    Sturdy / Filter
    Careful 252 SpDef 252 HP
    Iron Head
    Stone Edge
    Stealth Rock
    Thunder Wave

Another tank. I wasn't originaly planning on using it, but I kind of got tired of Ferrothorn since pretty much "everyone" was using it. Granted, Aggron may not be as "bulky" or even good as Ferrothorn, but I've managed to cripple quite a few opponents with the Thunder Wave, once ven making a Geomanced Xerneas slower than Aggron (that was probably Sticky Web helping a bit, too)

    Togekiss @ King's Rock
    Serene Grace
    Timid 252 HP 252 Speed
    Air Slash
    Roost
    Nasty Plot
    Fire Blast

I've went with a bit more bulky variant for my Togekiss, but it can still dish out a nice amount of damage after a single Nasty Plot. I've given her Fire Blast to take out a potential Ferrothorn, which has given me ALOT of pain in the past.

    Garchomp @ Expert Belt
    Rough Skin
    Jolly 252 Atk 252 Speed
    Outrage
    Dragon Claw
    Earthquake
    Iron Head

Garchomp is one of my main physical sweepers. Iron Head is there to take out a potential Fairy Type, and other moves pretty much speak for itself. I'm kind of thinking about switching him for a Megazard X, but I'm not realy sure...

    Scolipede @ Life Orb
    Speed Boost
    Jolly 252 Atk 252 Speed
    Rock Slide
    Megahorn
    Poison Jab
    Swords Dance

My second physical sweeper. Im kind of thinking that maybe I should replace one of his moves with Baton Pass, but I'm kinda not sure...

So yea, that's my team. I've noticed it having some issues with Stealth Rock, but it hasn't given me THAT much trouble in the past. Any suggestions on what I could/should improve?

The best Milotic can do is a Competitive user to discourage Defoggers from getting rid of the Sticky Web that Galvantula lays down. However, it's outclassed by Bisharp and Thundurus at this because it lacks a priority move and because of its so-so Speed:

    Bisharp:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit/Swords Dance
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Dread Plate/Black Glasses/Life Orb
    Ability: Defiant

    Thundurus:
    -Wild Charge
    -Knock Off
    -Superpower
    -Hidden Power (Ice)/Fly
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Power Herb
    Ability: Defiant

While Aggron can use a Careful nature to help with its special bulk, a Relaxed nature with 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef lets it have a bit more Defense. Having low PP moves like Stone Edge is kind of detrimental for defensive Pokemon, as you'll never know when you'll get PP stalled out:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Heavy Slam/Iron Head
    -Thunder Wave/Ice Punch
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Def/240 SDef
    Item: Aggronite
    Ability: Sturdy

King's Rock doesn't stack up with flinching moves like Air Slash. Togekiss also appreciates the passive recovery from Leftovers. The low PP move thing I said about Aggron also applies to Togekiss:
    -Thunder Wave
    -Air Slash
    -Defog/Heal Bell/Flamethrower/Aura Sphere/Dazzling Gleam
    -Roost
    Nature: Calm/Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/8 Def/252 SDef (Calm) or 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef (Bold)
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Serene Grace

Iron Head is useless on Garchomp. It only hits Fairies ever-so-slightly harder than Earthquake, and that power difference isn't really noticeable:

    STAB Earthquake (neutral): 100 (base power) x 1.5 (STAB) = 150
    super effective Iron Head: 80 x 2 = 160

Stone Edge also hits Togekiss harder.

Here are better Garchomp sets to run:
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Fire Fang
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash/Life Orb/Lum Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    -Fire Blast/Dragon Claw
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Dragon Tail
    -Earthquake
    -Toxic/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

When Scolipede is at +2 Speed, the extra Speed boost granted by Jolly is pointless. It's better off Adamant to give it as much power as it can. It also doesn't have time to get a Swords Dance up. It also needs Earthquake to deal with Steel Pokemon:
    -Megahorn
    -Poison Jab/Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost
