He isn't legit.
How can he have EVERY PokeMon when there is no LEGIT way to get ARCEUS.
As soon as you make an order he probably goes on ACTION REPLAY DS and gets your PokeMon =P
 
I don't think that he is doing anything. All I know is that he uses AR. I heard him once having 999 rare candies and masterballs.
 
Quick math.

There are 18 boxes in the PC, amirite? You can fit 30 pokemon per box. 18 x 30 = 540. Add 6 for your lineup, and this guy cannot have more than 546 pokemon.

He has claimed that he has every pokemon, which implies he has both the shiny and regular version of every pokemon out there. Since he has not refused a single offer, whether it be shiny or not, I will assume that he indeed claims to have every pokemon in both its shiny form and in its regular form. That would require space for 2 copies of all 493 pokemon. ZOMG WTF HAX!
 
But in earlier posts he said he will take anything, even a bidoof. So we shall see if he is legit or not, maybe he is. If he had two of every creature (sounds like Noah) he could have two games to store them. You really don't have to give up anything so I say do you good sir have a shiny metagross?
 
You are not allowed to trade hacked Pokemon here. Blahblah, etc.
