3rd Gen Any risks to the emerald glitch?

Just bought emerald and I was just wondering the risks of the cloning glitch

Nope, if you do it right, then there's no risks at all.

Yeah what he said, i think if you have a fake game it doesnt work, Not sure about the japenese game. But if you do it right, it works Perfect.

Nothing, Trust me if done so many wrong by forgetting to do steps, but make sure if you get it wrong, START AGAIN

also u should remeber only clone 5 at a time cause eevrytime my friend trys to clone 6 the last one gets lost *tear*

There is also anti-cloning (a good way to get rid of unwanted eggs, but it can go wrong.)

Never ever deposit a Pokemon after saving the first time at the PC, because it will be anti cloned. The old save of the PC's contents, (which didn't contain the Pokemon) will be conbined with the new party save (it's not in your party anymore after being deposited) meaning that it goes away forever.
