Any way to see updated threads that you've posted in?

Sorry if this isn't the right section, but I've been over in some other forums which had a page that let you see the threads that you've posted in with new posts in them. I know there's a way to see all new posts, but is there any way to see new posts in threads you've posted in here? I've kinda become dependent on that feature in the other forums and I think it would be even more convenient here since there's a lot more threads/boards.

If you subscribe to a thread, you can see activity in subscribed threads from the User Control Panel
