Nobody should be giving out templates unless you made the template yourself & it's 100% original. Also, you MUST ask people before saving & editing someone else's TCard template from PC.pokechick63 said:

2) Hunt down anyone you know currently making the cards & ask them if they'd give you a blank template & give them credit if they give you one. Though, most TCard makers don't like giving out their blank templates.
3) Request a card from one of the many requests threads. - This will probably be your best bet.
