6th Gen ANYBODY IN HAWAII PLAY POKEMON?!

Hi guys! I'm looking for somebody in Hawaii and/or somebody who knows someone in Hawii who plays pokemon. As far as I know, Hawaii is the only place where you can get an ocean vivillion. (For those of you who don't know, you're vivillion's colors change depending on where your 3DS is registered)

I am almost done with my vivillion collection, but because the Ocean vivillion is only found with people in Hawaii, it's harder to come by. Let me know if you have an ocean vivillion, because I'm willing to trade just about anything for it (Even though scatterbugs are like so easy to evolve into vivillions.)
