Anyone have the .ini files for moves/abilities?

    I'm trying to add new moves and abilities into the game using PGE (moves and abilities from gens 4 and 5) and I need .ini files of the abilities in order to add them. Anyone have these? Keep in mind I don't want to patch in CRFU and DPE into my ROM, because I already tried and it didn't work.
