4th Gen Anyone know about the tournament at tokyo pokemon center?

    I was thinking about going, does anyone know the rules and what time it starts? (I know its July 4).
     
    I would look it up on the japanese pokemon website(if you can read japanese...but then again why would you go if you dont live there and cant speak and read the language...) Unless of course your flying in tomorrow just for the tournemant...
