Anyone know of good annoyers

    i want a good annoyer pkmn. anyone know of one? post wat the moves and how to use it to annoy. plz i need one for party.
     
    wow . protect alone is useless. i neeed a pkmn with his moves to be annoying not just one move.
     
    flinch hax togekiss annoys me.

    air slash after serene grace makes the opponent flinch 60% of the time.. and the other 40% they might suffer from parahax thanks to thunderwave. VERY annoying set. and even when you finally get off an attack togekiss is so bulky and has roost and leftovers to recover hp.
     
    Mismagius has the very cheap Mean look + Perish Song Combo. That is sooo annoying. It may be banned, I have no idea though so don't take my word for it. Still very cheap but it works...
     
    Also, that classic Jumpluff Annoyer, even if its stats are junk, besides speed, if you go with

    Leech Seed
    Poison/Stun/Sleep Powder
    Giga Drain
    U-Turn

    This is one of the most annoying sets ever, basically sticks you in a hole of life zappingness, then kills you and runs.

    paralyze and confuse/attract. good chance of them not hitting you. sweep away.

    If you ever try to use an annoyer Pokemon in a battle, you will lose horribly. Moves like Leech Seed and Thunder Wave are great for general support and crippling of the opposing team. Togekiss and other Serene Grace Pokemon are great at the ParaFlinch combo. But they aren't considered annoyers.

    Annoyers are things like Fly/Toxic/Confuse Ray/Mean Look Crobat and basically Pokemon who rely on status and luck to win. These kinds of Pokemon don't work in competitive battling.

    i dont need these for battling on wifi. only on battle tower. to get to the tower tycoon.
     
    Then use Shedinja.

    Shedinja @ Focus Sash/Lum Berry (only if you can't get Focus Sash)

    Shadow Claw
    X-Scissor
    Protect
    Will-o-Wisp
