[Tool] Anyone knows how to hack Red Rescue Team?

    The title says most of it... I want to hack Poké Red Rescue Team, just to make a translation. My brother wants to play but he only knows colors and "hello" in English. So... That's basically it. Is there any program that can edit just the text of a a Mystery Dungeon?
    (Also this is my first post here, so if there's anything I did wrong here please let me know.)
