It doesn't sound like he actually has a game, more like he wants help to do use an FPS program. And the thread doesn't have any hint of a story or screenshots so the thread is against the rules.

And Latioscatcher, that last post was complete spam. You should know by now that spam is against PC rules. Please don't do it again.
