    Pokémon Path of a Legend
    In one of many regions of the Pokémon world, lives a boy. A boy who aspires one day to overcome the Elite 4 and defeat the legends, in that process wanting to become a legend himself. He wanted a title, greater than the leader of the Elite 4. He wanted to be the "Pokelord." Today is his 16th birthday, the day the Professor promised to give him his very own Pokémon. He thinks to himself, getting his very own Pokémon will be his first step to becoming the Pokelord. But he has a second dream, a dream he is equally passionate about, he wants to avenge his mother's death. She was a famous Gym Leader, her name was Misty, she was once compatriots with the legendary trainer Ash Ketchum and she befriended all water type Pokémon. He is unsure about who killed her, but he knows, by traveling the region, he will one day find out who killed her. ​
     
    Two threads asking for help isn't the greatest idea :/

    From what I can see here, there's not to much going against your story, but it is generally accepted that every kid wants to go on a Pokemon journey and beat the E4 and become a champion - You've just taken to a level which I don't think is really that necessary. This OCD stuff about becoming the 'Pokelord' makes it sound like he wants to become the next Hitler or something. Finding out who murdered your mother could be an intresting aspect of the story if you play it right, but apart from that it just seems like a stock-standard story (That's not to say its bad, though)and I'm unsure if you have put in an evil team or not :/
