I know I have put the "please give credit" part on tilesets before, BUT NEVER THIS ONE. He copied and pasted it! it's so obvious, not even the one posted on the foreign site has that part in it!

You did Waudby, you really did, and this is the decider and the cold hard proof that this is all fake. The foreign one doesnt have the "please give credit" part, and even now you are lying. How else could it have been displayed? how about by linking to the posted on the foreign forum?

Why are you so hostile Kyle, i've been more than understanding here, and I think everyone else can see where the mistake happened except you.

Like I said in my PM, there are plenty of other ways you could have gone about doing this then slandering my name over the internet.

The foreign site that was posted was done by Wesley who you had already spoken to. However there are other sites that I have seen some of your tiles on as well, thus adding more onto the fact that they were available for public use.

In fact I can even recall another image which I had seen with some of these tiles on that was on a french website/forums which had the equivilant of Pokemon Essentials on there, i think it was the Pokemon Script Project.

The tiles you say that aren't for public use seem to be easily accessible across the internet, so it's kind of expected people will mistakenly use them.

Um everything you just said still doesnt explain why you suspiciously saved the image from that forum, added the "give credit" part and uploaded it yourself.

Just give up already Waudby? This is getting really silly now. Don't even try to make me feel bad by sending me pm's talking about how you were away on the weekend cos a relative died. How does that explain you being online during the whole thing (As someone even posted in the thread) but not posting?

The reason I why i wont just "give up" is because, this is the truth. I've just check the thread and it doesn't say I was online during the whole thing, it stated that I hadn't been online and that the person was going to wait for me to come on and give my side of the story.

Kyle, you're obviously not even listening to reason, you're being so hot headed, other people in this forum have also said they've seen sites like this with tiles on. And as stated in my previous posts there are other sites with have collected lots of your most recent work and compiled their own sheets with them on.

If I was lying about all this, I wouldn't have even bothered making a thread like this for everyone to see. I would've just let the project die and possibly started something new based on the odyssey engine.

But instead I thought that I would try and explain what had happened, yet, you still throw this all back in my face. Perhaps I had the wrong impression of you and that you are more arrogant about the whole thing than I imagined.

You're letting a simple mistake escalate into something much much worse than it needs to be.

If thats true why are you still avoding all the valid points I raised? Why are you avoiding all those occasions I proved you stole?

Why are you still avoiding that you saved that tileset, added the "give credit part" and uploaded it yourself?
How do you explain that? You can't.

And sure, people might steal my tiles too, is that my fault? How am I supposed to monitor every single language forum on the internet for use of my tiles. Just because other people steal doesn't mean its right for you too. Plus you love to mention all these sites using my tiles, but where's all the proof and links? How could you even trust a foreign site in the first place? How could you even trust a suspicious foreign site and never even think of asking me yourself?

In Waudby's defense, I have to say that I can see were the mistake was made kyle, and after reading through this whole thread I can see where things went wrong.

Kyle, as I'm sure you know, to any hacker or game developer of a fan game, your tiles are highly sought after. Even I am always checking your deviant art account to see if new public tiles have been posted. That image- the private tileset, I don't think Waudby copied and pasted your name. On nearly every pokemon fan site that has an art section, usually has a member (like that Wesley guy) that posts tiles ripped from your bio-dome pic or from one of your MMO maps and claims they are from you and you gave them permission to post 'em.
And 100% it is always bullcrap, but I must say, that the first thing I do when I see that sheet is right click and save the image. I reckon that is all Waudby done. He saw that tileset and saved it. I don't think he edited it to lie to you. Why would he? A$$ kissing aside here, as I said, your tiles are highly sought after, so I reckon he just wanted to add them into his game.

I hope you can see it from this point of view.
Because, to be honest, I didn't myself. I was like "HE STOLE!!"- and after sitting down tonight, and reading over the thread, I've changed opinion.

Also secondly, is everyone completely forgetting the whole city walls and sullivan thing? Hello? Not to mention stealing the other overworlds I made.

Even now where he's still refusing to accept that he saved the image and added that part himself, it just goes on to reinforce the fact that he's a dishonest person and a thief.

I didn't want all this, In fact, I hate telling people off for using my tiles! Thats why a lot of people get away with it without me knowing, I usually just take it as Im happy people think my tiles are that good, but this, this is sick.

And here we have it - the clincher. This basically proves everything I've been saying all along.
This is the reason why it bothered me so much that he was stealing - when he's the one who goes around the forums telling people off for using my tiles.

So as we can see here, Waudby is telling someone off for using my tiles. If you actually bother to check this game, the only tiles he was using were the snow tiles (WHICH WAUDBY HAS BEEN USING FOR A LONG TIME)
Not only that, but Waudby HIMSELF SAYS that they are my PRIVATE MMO tiles.

Actually the only reason that was said, is because JC had a thread closed in the pixel arts section for it.

Like previously stated, you had obviously seen the tiles, and had plenty of time to PM me and asked me to stop using them however you never did. So it's easy to assume you had no problem with me using them - you had even commented on the maps that were made with them, and then complained about it now.

If you had told me straight away, when this first all happened, since you claimed you knew i was "stealing" then this could've been avoided.
