If Applin was in a different fruit or vegetable, what would it's evolutions be (Same kind as regular Applin's or brand new concepts) and also tell me what each on is based on (3 2nd stages and 1 3rd stage)

Berrin (Bug/Fairy, a larva inside a Pecha Berry instead)

Berrin --> Mothical (Bug/Fairy, based on tropical berries and moths)
Berrin --> Pupop (Ice/Fairy, based on ghost fruit and cocoons) --> Morphaunt (Ice/Fairy, based on ghost fruit and morpho butterflies)
