EDIT: Didn't realize that it would be HGSS on for Nationals, but I think the deck has been fixed.
I realize it's been a while since I've posted here, but my deck has seen little change. With B/W out I now have a few things to change.

1 Suicune & Entei Legend (Top)
1 Suicune & Entei Legend (Bottom)
    2 Feraligatr Prime HGSS
    2 Croconaw HGSS
    3 Totodile HGSS
    1 Gyarados HGSS (Red Gyarados)
    2 Magikarp HGSS
    1 Sentret HGSS
    1 Furret HGSS
    1 Mantine HGSS
    1 Qwilfish HGSS
    3 Oshawott BW
    2 Dewott BW
1 Samurott BW (The one with Hydro Pump)

    4 Professor Elm's Training Method
    4 Poke ball
    3 Fisherman
    2 Pokemon Communication
    2 Pokemon Collector
    3 Professor Oak's New Theory

    20 Water Energy

Deck Idea is the same. (For anyone who remembers it.) I still try to bring out Gatr Prime to throw energy down to Samurott. I removed Furret, but I think with the added Poke Ball and Pokemon Communication, I shouldn't have too much trouble getting the cards I need. I haven't looked too much in depth at the trainers from BW, so if anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to them.

Yes agreed, I am concerned about the speed and consistency of this deck. You have so many pokemon in here that don't follow your strategy, and I think they are all going to get in the way of you drawing the stuff you actually want. You need a better way to search for your legend pieces because you only have 2 communications, and you can't get them with collector or elm's. I would cut all of those pokemon at the bottom of the list and make the main pokemon lines thicker instead, it's much better to have a larger line of one pokemon than it is to have one each of a bunch of different pokemon, because you're going to draw into something different every game and there is no way to make a strategy when you have no idea what pokemon are going to come out. Adding another professor oak, some rare candy, and two more communication instead of some of those straggler pokemon will boost the deck's consistency considerably. Other than that, legend pieces are finally seeing some play so you may find some success with the deck.

I agree with the other two on this. Instead of the Furret and Sentret, I think Cleffa is better. Also, you might want 4-3-4 on both evolution chains with 3 Rare Candy. It's up to you on the Legend, though.

    I would max out on Pokemon Communication and Pokemon Collector. I also prefer Energy Retrieval over Fisherman, as it is faster. I prefer Juniper over Oak myself. So consider;

    - 4 Pokeball
    - 3 Fisherman
    - 3 PONT
    - 3 PETM

    + 2 Pokemon Communication
    + 2 Pokemon Collector
    + 3 Energy Retrieval
    + 4 Professor Juniper
+ 2 Something (probably more draw power, like Cleffa for example)

Only problem with that is the fact that I don't have those cards, otherwise I'd be running it. This deck used to be a lot faster, but the fact that Arceus is out of standard means that I can't run Peliper.
