    It is commonly known that Groudon and Kyogre are mortal enemies(if you didn't know then that's too bad) but as I listen to people rant on about who is better I don't hear any reasons of why except for:kyogre's water will killerize groudon, groudon can solarbeam kyogre.

    It seems to me that they are equals and rayquaza will always beat them down to a pile of mush but if you have any reasons as to why not please post them here.

    or if you agree with my rayquaza opinion you can post that too :D

    Because the Behemoth will drown if its kept underwater, but the Leviathan won't necessarily dry out if on land. And Ziz is a little wimp, no one knew or cared about it until people started looking into the mythologies of Pokemon.

    He'd try and stop them, but some completely random person would be in danger, and instead of stopping the region from utterly decimated, he protects them instead.


    Gotta love the anime, right?

    true, but Rayquaza is specifically based off of Ziz seeing as Ho-oh has no relation to kyogre and groudon, giving Rayquaza that title.

    All in all Kyogre would win in a 3 way fight.

    -Surf/Waterspout OHKO Groudon
    -Groudon is too fat to strike first. Even then Groudon' solarbeam is ineffective to Kyogre. No STAB, poor Spatk, Kyogre's high Sdef
    -Ice Beam OHKO Rayquaza.
    -Thunderbolt from Rayquaza won't OHKO Kyogre becuz of Ky's massive Sdef.

    Personally I like Rayquaza best so he always wins, outside of reality.
