    P.S. they say you can get it by Azure flute or Nintendo event, but others say that there is an another way to get it without conducting the things mentioned above.
     
    this is the wrong place to post this kind of stuff but the only possible way without hacking the game that i know of is through the azure flute event (and even then its still considered hacking cause the flute hasnt released yet). so there is pretty much no official way without hacking the game to get arceus (even though i have one from a friend).
    but for future reference this section is for game making not hacking or official nintendo games
