has arceus been offically release to teh public like shaymin has( ex. shamin was debuted in the new pokemon movie in japan) and if arces has not yet when will he be?>

Neither shaymin or arceus are out yet, and there has been nothing announced about either. Dont wait up, the movie isnt even out in japan for months

It was Darkrai who was given out at the movie, not Shaymin. Shaymin will be next to come out, probably in the 11th movie featuring Shaymin and Giratina. Then there's Arceus.

So it would be quite a while until Arceus would come out.

well, he's been revealed, making Shaymin official. He's STILL not "out" in terms of aquiriring a real one.......

Arceus isn't even reavealed officially, so... wait another year or two :p
