Are cards with typos worth much more?

just got a PlusPower Trainer card in a booster and notice that on it it says "Resustance" instead of resistance, does this make the card worth more?

Official Pokémon cards rarely have typos. It's likely that what you have is a counterfeit card (those almost always have errors). Check the other cards from the booster to see if they also have typos.
