Oh, so they have decided to show it after the Togepi episodes. That's what got me worried, since it should come before the "Let Bagons be Bagons" episode.

Check out Seanbaby.com. There is a comic in the reader comics section called Popebaby, showing a picture James from Team Rocket in a bathing suit with... um... yeah... The graniness seems to point out that it is a snapshot of footage from a Japanese episode.

I don't see the differences. They look the same from the japanese version of the episode.
