3rd Gen Are they Status-Equal? O__o

I was wondering... I need a Electric Pkmn for my Team on Ruby. But I wanted something new. I've already had Raichu, Ampharos and Manectric... Well, I thought I might try Plusle/Minun... But I need to know... Are Plusle's Stats the same as Minun's? O___o

Minun:

So as you see, Minun is a bit better at defense, Plusle is a bit better at attacking.

IMO minun > plusle
and thats a fact....
they suck anyway at least minun can last a but longer than plusle
but also u can say that in the time it has plusle can attack more than minun
Oh well i don't know.......
but among the rats Raichu/Light ball pikachu are the best...........

I dont think any pokemon stats are the same..even if they are the name pokemon on the same lvl...that is wat som1 told me...forgot who

that's because the IV is different that's all. If the IV is the same on the same Pokemon with the same EV, then the stats will be identical.

Minun would be the better choice because his stats are exactly the same except Minun has a better defense

Umm their stats have a base total that is equal however their SpAtt and SpDef are swaped......
