In England, I'm considered as neat
In Hong Kong, I'm considered as messy.
But generally in other countries, its ok (near neat).

My mom says I eat like a two year old. I do, especially if the food is good. It is all over my shirt by the time I'm done. But, I'm neat also. In between eating, like every two minutes [if we're eating out], I'll dab my mouth with a napkin. I hate being dirty...LMAO
