Are you a hard worker?

Well, I do like to work hard in lessons, join n' what not, to the best of my ability.

Though, when it comes to tests or exams, I can be a little lazy and need a little motivation.

i'm pretty proactive about educating myself, but i'm pushed away by the rote methods of teaching our education system pushes. so, admittedly, i tend to slack off out of disinterest and seek to grasp on my own what fascinates me and other things that are pertinent to my life.

at work i'm very diligent and speedy, despite being stomped on by impatient customers after being drained by an understaffed, never-ending rush. i'm not about circling my partners so i can make my way up the ladder, nor am i about upholding the empty and skewed "quality assurance" claims our company markets. i care about my team and if morale isn't sustained, performance declines and my team is done for. our store's morale is at an all time low, our team is falling apart and the best i can do is help hold what's left together. *tear* anyway, our district hires the best. we all work our asses off for minimum wage, if it's not the team you're toiling for it's the benefits you won't get anywhere else (if your manager is even fair enough to give you the enough weekly hours to keep them). gah anyway

Well, when push comes to shove, if I'm motivated, I will work hard, but otherwise I work as much as I can normally, not pushing myself to the limit.

If it's a topic I like, I'll push myself to beyond my limit, staying up all night studying it, and such, but right now, I'm not so much, seeing as I'm ranked 4 in my class, I'm quite content at where I'm at right now.
