    Technically, I'm still on hiatus...just pretend I'm not here :D.

    Technically it's a weaker version of Bill. If you get a Pokemon card in the first two cards, then you will draw 4 cards in total. If you don't, well, at least you get to use Shirona's Dedication during your next turn (that's where the 'Dedication' part comes in)...

    Now that is one good card, quite a nice effect, excellent art.
    I love that full artwork too, and I agree that Lance is probably the most boring out of the 5 champions.
