2nd Gen Are Your Strongest Pokemon Traded?

Mine are, well, uhh..Most of them.. I've got a level 67 Kadabra..
So, are they?

best - blaziken lv.77 - not traded
second best - groudon lv.75 - not traded
third best - kyogre - lv.76 - traded

To tell you the truph, most of my pokemon are traded ( from my old works on crystal )
And they seem a little stronger than others of mine!
Eevee happens to be much more pwerful traded, then raising it up! ( lol it seems weird )

But i relised, Trade pokemon MAY grow levels Faster, they also have a problem...for e.g . Umbreon level 40 each both same Genders
Traded then Raised . Max hp 328
Raised careingly Max hp 360 ( i aint leying, I will get a screenshot of her one day )

And lt.surge, i think she mean for pokemon Gold , silver and crystal

Traded Pokemon get 1.5 the stat experience, Example: Non-Traded PKMN gets 1000 points, Traded PKMN ets 1500 points.

And it doesn't matter if they are traded or not, I've trained alot of PKMN (50 LV. 100) And sometimes, if it's HP is lower, it's other stats are higher.

Feraligater Lv 58 I think
Most of my strong pokemon are around that level exsep my two lv 70.

Ruby
Kyroge Lv 64 I think
3rd strongest. Ist my Blaziken then Rayquzaa and then Kyroge.

Kinda... on Crystal, my highest lvl Pok?mon were...

Sonic the Feraligatr (lvl100... not traded, was starter Pok?mon)
Ash the Typhlosion (lvl100... traded from my silver cart, since he was my starter on that)
Coral the Lugia (lvl100, not traded)
