6th Gen Armouring up Pokémon idea

    Who else thinks it'd be a cool idea to be able to buy armour which improved your Pokémon's defence and lowered it's speed and it could visible in battle and since you can customize your character why not your Pokémon?
    I doubt it'll ever happen. But it'd be a nice help to people who suck at Pokémon games (Like myself).
    I just thought I might share a small idea.
     
    there is armor in pokemon there call item you give to your pokemon
     
    Jazneo, I know there's items. But I mean armour. Such as Mewtwo when he had it on. He was alot stronger and I meant that, and you could see it in battle.
     
    I don't think there will be battle armor for Pokemon in any main series game. it takes away the fun and turns Pokemon into warriors, more than friends and companions.
     
    I'm not sure about armour, but I'd like the idea of dressing up your pokemon. Like giving a bandana to your Pikachu or something.

    I suppose your right, but it's hard to count Pokémon as your friends when all they do is fight. I hope the mode where you can play with your Pokémon changes that, but as I said. It'd be nice to have your Pokémon look different to the others with something.

    That's what I mean in a way. Make your Pokémon look more like yourself.
    It'd be a nice change to have a unique Pokémon.
     
    Armor on Pokemon may work as an item, but shouldn't be visible. It'll be a real hassle for GF to get the sizes right for each and every Pokemon. You also have to consider how much of a defense boost to avoid it being un-used. I guess it would be somewhere around 1.7 to avoid it being outclassed by Eviolite. As for the Speed Drop, well, I dunno. It would certainly outclass the Iron Ball in some respects.
