Well, I'm not that good of a Team Rater, but I can make a suggestion. A bulky water would pretty much mess up your team. You have NO special sweepers. I'd use Bellyzarid and a Salac, but that's just me. Something like a Milotic would liven this team up.

    Milotic @ Leftovers
    Marvel Scale

    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Recover
    -Mirror Coat

STAB Surf, Ice Beam for grasses and others, Mirror Coat keeps those Ludicolos at bay, and Recovor for a nice heal.

    Quiet Nature
    - Crunch
    - Focus Punch
    - Substitute
    - Thunderbolt

T-Tar is not a good starter, try Swampert for starting

    Dragonite (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Inner Focus
    EVs: 240 Atk / 216 Spd / 52 SAtk
    Adamant
    - Dragon Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Thunder

Adamant for the Extra Boost, Thunder for some extra juice

    Celebi @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 164 HP / 148 Def / 140 Spd / 56 SAtk
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Sleep Talk/ Surf
    - Earthquake
    - Ice Beam
    - Rest

    Charizard (M) @ Salac Berry
    Trait: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 1 Def / 252 Spd / 1 SDef
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Belly Drum
    - Earthquake
    - Hidden Power [Flying]
    - Substitute

Major Heracross weak, and T-tar weak too,and a spikes weak as well, needs something to take those kind of shots cause this team lacks a physical wall, I suggest skarmory:

    Skarmory@Leftovers
    Impish Nature
    Substitute
    Rest
    Spikes
    Whirlwind

    Alter Ego

    that evil mod from hell

for those suggestions who do i replace?

I'd say Zard; it's the overall weakest poke on your team, it has the worst typing and it doesn't play well with sandstorm at all. Between Snorlax, Dragonite, and Tyranitar you've got your physical needs well covered anyway, so it's not really doing anything irreplacable either. Pulling of a successful sweep with Bellyzard is easier said than done.
