Ummm, I didn't use filters, these are REAL drawings I did by hand, and some were computer!!!
I just got done drawing your picture, Username!!! :D
It took me three hours to do it.... -_-zZ

I have a strange suspicion that you are lying and these are filtered, but I could be wrong. You have a VERY wierd scanner then. Those do not look draw with crayon at all. Besides I've seen an almost exact same squirtle picture somewhere...I'm sorry if I have offended you in anyway, I just do not like to see art being stolen.
