    As we all know its been pretty much confirmed that Silver is Giovanni's son so how do you think thats gonna play out? Kinapped by Deoxys? Something with the return of the Johto heros? Whats your thoughts?

    Yes it is confirmed....

    My theory is that Giovanni left for Kanto and entrusted Silver's care to Pryce. But when Giovanni disappeared, Pryce took full control of Silver. =P
     
    Remember though, don't assume that game mechanics will work the same way in the 'real' world. Pokemon has already shown that this rule is important. (Pikachu beats Rock-Types in the show.)

    I wouldn't assume anything until it comes out in the show itself.
     
    This isn't the show... it's the manga... ... get your fact straight

    check the forum on where you're at before you even post, please. It's quite annoying to see people use the new post option and don't look what forum it's at. This is MANGA Forum.
     
    ok! calm down! you'l notice then that in the manga that RED or YELLOW says that pikachu is weak against water type pokemon. so maybe game mechanics WONT work the same way as in the real world...

    RED and YELLOW never said that Pikachu was weak against water pokemon. In fact, there are some things in the manga that show the opposite. All that RED and YELLOW said was that Pikachu wasn't the best at water combat, in other words, battling in water.
     
    can you send me a link of the link to the place wher it says it was confirmed because I really want to see the evidence to lead to the confirmation of the contirm as it is going to be sooo cool when the confirmation of the confirm is confirmed with my own confirming eyes.

    I'm pretty sure Silver is Giovanni's son. Realy sure. ^_^ I just hope Lance comes back at some point, too. And Gold. Everyone cool should come back! ^_<

    Back ontopic, Silver hates Team Rocket, and his father is the leader. 'Ain't gonna' be pretty... XD

    Maybe they could meet at the Sevii Island (is that the right name? XD I always forgot the english name....XD) ? After all, the scientist who talked about that in the game was on Island five IIRC....
