Ive also been working on a project , which is making a trainer card for every region/league Ash has ever Participated in , here are some Examples :

Kanto

(His Last Pokemon Would have Probably been Kingler , but i didnt add him in because i wasn't sure)

Orange Islands

(Couldnt Find the badges)

Johto

( He used Charizard for the Pokemon League )

Hoenn

Battle Frontier

( Couldnt find Badges . He had so many switches in the last spot of his team , i didnt put a pokemon there )

Sinnoh

( Under Construction , theres going to be loads of changes to this)
