Oh yeah. I remember him. ><; He had a Bellspourt and he wanted to get Ash's Pikachu instead. Man...no way..that Ash was going to let him. Yep he was a brat. XD
 
He also stole one of Ash's Pokeballs
He was rude and Ash was so sweet.
 
Yeah, I love how Ash is so sweet!
