Ash Totodile , why he didn't fall in love with his Chikorita?

If Totodile is a boy (after knowing it , in the episode in which he is looking for girls) and Chikorita (with voice of Videl from DBZ?!) is a girl (Also in the one episode , in which she wants Ash for herself). So how come he didn't fall in love with her?!

But....Totodile fell in love with one Azumarill :| Even that he is a Crocodile , and she is a mutant mouse

BTW

Faling in love and having a baby is two different things , there is an atack in G/S/C "Attract" which works on most males , not only for the same species (BTW how come Umbreon a girl may love a Eevee a boy in the pokemon Crystal where they are left in the center with a oldman and a oldwomen?!) .

I really like this question, because I always thought that it would be cute seeing a Totodile and a Chikorita on a date!

Seriously it is sorta cute. Also, just because a Pokemon isn't of the same Species as another, doesn't mean they can't mate. Need I remind you of "HOT SKITTY ON WAILORD ACTION!!!" or HSOWA for short?

Anyways, I've never seen the Anime from that season, but your question is good. I've always liked the episodes where it shows it from the Pokemon's P.O.V. but you've got me there...

OMG I've also wondered about this! Not the Chikorita thing, but the whole thing about people going back to super old threads just to post in them. You would think these people would take the time to read the rules, but you know... they don't. ^_^;;
