it twas' my 2nd least favorite episode.

Ash should evolve his pokemon! It's like saying bulbasaur or squirtle or whatever stays lvl fifteen forever!
And yes, his pikachu's power decreases every reigon. It beat a dragonite before and it's having trouble beating second rate pokemon!

its like in the BF he took out a regice and it was like lvl 90 or sumtin and in sinno it loses to a weak lookin glameow and its lvl is bak to 10 again!

Exactly! Plus, if his pikachu cries, he can resurrect dead people! You have to be lvl 500 to do that!!!
