Well I was just wondering...do you think Ash will remember his trusty friend Glalie when it comes to battling the 7th gym? (Candice); I have a feeling so. I mean they were awesome together and if you look at it this way an icy/snowy place could make you remember any ice pokemon you use to have...so my question.

Do you think when it comes to the snowpoint city gym will Ash remember his Glalie?

    My answer: I think so...

I don't, I mean he never seems to mention any of his older pokemon at all...I do not think so honestly...

    Hmm...you may be right...
But also he does seem to talk about his old adventures a lot...maybe he'll mention the sinnoh and think about his Glalie!! ':D

Yeah, I think he might remember Glalie. I don't think he'll use him in the gym battle, though. Pobably just some random reminder that he still has the thing. But there is the Froslass episode coming up in Japan... It would be nice if Glalie played a role in it or something.

So did he use Cyndaquill against Flannery? Did he use Noctowl with Winona? I mean with that logic, he could have brought them back. I mean the writers have adopted the whole "I will use this region's pokemon thing." They may come back, but I highly doubt it.

This theory falls apart due to one simple detail - you can substitute any of Ash's Pokémon instead of Glalie. =/ The fact that it's a snowy environment and Glalie is Ice-type is irrelevant - one could perhaps have made a point for the return of Torkoal, Cyndaquil, Heracross, Donphan or even Charizard, due to their type's effectiveness against Ice, but even then it's a tenuous theory - Ash has Chimchar on his current team.

    In summing up, your theory holds no water, and wouldn't have been worth making a thread over, in my opinion. >>;

Despite what everyone's said, he did bring back Bulbasaur.
But I guess that is just because May had hers there.
    I don't know.
Yeah he did bring it back just to meet May's. (Come to think of it that whole episode seemed to be a ship tease xD)

Maybe Glalie will mate and the baby snorunt will go with Dawn and evolve into Froslass.

I highly doubt that would happen, especially since she already has mamoswine...

Probably, since he doesn't seen to remember any of the other Pokemon it's kinda unlikely

It would be pretty nice to see him mention Glalie, maybe even use him for a bit. But, as Quick_Kid said, I doubt it will happen too, because the only Pokémon he brought up were his Charizard, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur, when him, Pikachu, and the other three wanted to camp in the woods together for a while. Since those were Ash's favorite Pokémon.

There's no reason to bring back Glalie. He has pokémon that are already capable againt Ice-types. Look at Pikachu, Chimchar, Buizel, maybe Staravia.

I didn't say he would BRING BACK Glalie, I said he just might MENTION Glalie and tell another one of his adventure stories :)

I also think that if Glalie would come back, It would make me a bit sad, I really want to see another Snorunt but Glalie making an Cameo would be quite awesome.
