4th Gen Ash's Pikachu Event

Is the event only for HG/SS?
I got in on my Japanese SS, but no matter how many times I try it, I can't get it on my Japanese platinum.

JP plat only has two wondercards on it, so it should work.

I'm getting the same problem.

Scizor was for both so I'm wondering why Pikachu ain't?

I'm gonna download this on my Japanese Diamond cart, but will end up giving it away on PJN.

Pikachu is NOTHING special and since I don't watch the anime I can't appreciate it just because it is Satoshi's.

I'm going to keep trying platinum for the next few days in case it starts to work. Maybe they forgot to activate it for the other games? :/

Odd that Scizor was for all Japanese 4th gen games, but Pikachu doesn't seem to be.

According to the official site it IS available for DPPt and HGSS, but I can confirm that it is not working on my Japanese Diamond cart. :x

Hopefully whatever it is that's causing it to not work for D/P/Pt will be fixed.
And if not, I'm glad I at least got one pikachu.
