An eternity, I'm afraid, you see...they would first have to elect a leader, so consequently every politican would vote for themselves and then they'd all start campaigning for the parking cone's vote. However, every time that poor thing would decide on one of the politicians the other twelve would cry 'foul' and demand a recounting of the votes. =P
