Assistance With Team Would Be Very Much Appreciated

I understand that this team is nowhere near perfect. (That's why I'm requesting help.) But, I don't like EV training, I've leveled up my Pokemon naturally apart from Gliscor which I did try to purposely boost its HP and Attack. I must also explain that my Dialga looks pretty much the same as when I caught it because I haven't done much to it simply because i don't know what to do with it. There are 7 Pokemon listed below, the first four always stay in my team, the other 3 I rotate in my team. There are a few others that I sometimes put in the rotation spaces but aren't that good, there is also an Electivire from Battle Revolution that is untoughed. Apologies for the long intro.
