I would just like to comment that some of the file size limits when posting attachments in forum posts sometimes don't make sense. For example, the limit for .png files is 2.57 MB, while the limit for .jpg files is 3.45 MB. (Also, the limit for .gif files is only 1.15 MB, and .tif files aren't allowed.) Compressed JPEG files are more often than not smaller than uncompressed PNG or GIF files, so it doesn't make sense when we are allowed to post huge compressed images yet only teeny-tiny animated GIFs that may have a lot of frames and, therefore, would require more space. Perhaps it would help to make the file limits for PNGs and GIFs larger, or at least give every image file type the same limit. (3MB would be nice, 5MB even better.) It would be great if this could be changed! Thanks! ^^

    But I am doing a high-quality manga scan! :p

Thanks anyways, though! I think the attachment limits really did need that adjustment (even if they weren't increased), and I can always transfer files via email or various file upload sites. ^^

You can always host the image off site as a way to bypass the restrictions on this site.
