Hello everyone, so normally I kind of suck at competitive, but I made this team just now and I focused more on practicality than choosing my favourites, but I'm pretty proud of it.

Slowbro's gimmick is to trap enemies and set up and then potentially sweep, I guess. Whimsicott is just there to annoy the enemy and take some of them out with an unexpected Dream Eater. Chandelure is there to cripple and burn the enemy while also dealing huge damage with Hex while Chatot out speeds and confuses them and then sets up and sweeps with Chatter. Sandslash is a move set I'm pretty proud of, it gains ridiculous evasion and if the enemy chooses to set up, I can always Chip Away. Klingkang is just a sweeper.

Keep this in mind for competitive battling: sometimes your favorite Pokemon just don't cut it for OU (the standard battling tier). Glaring examples here are Klinklang and Chatot because of their pathetic offensive move pools. If you want to use it, there's the NU environment. Tiers are made so that Pokemon can be viably used without being overwhelmed by the more popular Pokemon in the standard environment.

I don't see the merit of Block on Mega Slowbro. Sure, it can trap counters, but most things that switch into Slowbro aren't bothered by it (such as Serperior). If you want to try Calm Mind Slowbro, this is a better take:
    -Calm Mind
    -Scald
    -Psyshock/Iron Defense
    -Slack Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/80 Def/176 SDef
    Item: Slowbronite
    Ability: Regenerator

Psyshock provides a secondary STAB that breaks through special walls, while Iron Defense makes Mega Slowbro even more unbreakable, given that Shell Armor blocks the critical hits that would have ignored Slowbro's defensive boosts. The above EV spread and nature avoids the 2HKO from Diggersby's Return before Iron Defense (if you choose to use it).

Dream Eater is a terrible attack in general because it's only effective if the target is asleep. Sleep clause states that only one Pokemon can be put to sleep at a time and the first thing that a sleeping Pokemon does after being put to sleep is to switch out, making Dream Eater even more useless than it already is. A better defensive Grass Pokemon to turn to is Ferrothorn because of its excellent bulk; it's also able to cover Slowbro's weaknesses and vice-versa:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Power Whip/Protect
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/88 Def/168 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Shed Shell
    Ability: Iron Barbs

If you really want to use Whimsicott, though, here's a better take on it to make the most out of its support capabilities:
    -Moonblast
    -U-turn
    -Encore
    -Stun Spore
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Prankster

Encore and Stun Spore are Whimsicott's best support options, as the former deters setup by forcing the opponent to repeat the same move for 3 turns, forcing a switch. This gives you enough time to get a more threatening attacker in. Stun Spore cripples Pokemon that rely on their Speed to be effective (except for Grass Pokemon).

Chandelure isn't worth using, as despite its huge Special Attack, its simultaneous Stealth Rock and Pursuit weaknesses make it easy prey for things like Tyranitar. Heatran is a better alternative for more bulk and a better set of resistances:
(if you opted to keep Whimsicott):
    -Stealth Rock
    -Lava Plume
    -Toxic
    -Taunt/Protect
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 HP/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

or (if you went for Ferrothorn)
    -Magma Storm
    -Earth Power
    -Taunt
    -Toxic/Solar Beam
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Air Balloon/Power Herb

    or
    -Fire Blast/Magma Storm
    -Flash Cannon/Stone Edge/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Earth Power
    -Stealth Rock
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Air Balloon

    or
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Flash Cannon
    -Earth Power/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Stone Edge/Ancient Power
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Chatot and Sandslash aren't even good Pokemon. As I already said, Chatot has a bad move pool. That, and while 92 Special Attack and 91 Speed are decent, those stats together aren't enough to let Chatot attack effectively. If you want a better Ground and Flying Pokemon to use, there's Gliscor. While its Attack and Speed are at 95 each, it has incredible Defense (125) and the Poison Heal ability, which lets it recover HP while it's poisoned:
    -Swords Dance
    -Earthquake
    -Knock Off/Facade
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

    or
    -Earthquake/Knock Off
    -Taunt
    -Toxic
    -Roost
    Nature: Careful
    EVs: 244 HP/8 Def/200 SDef/56 Spe
    Item: Toxic Orb
    Ability: Poison Heal

Both sets let Gliscor threaten stall, with the former set allowing Gliscor to muscle its way past walls without worrying about other statuses and the latter set preventing setups with Taunt and Toxic.

Clefable is a worthy teammate for the fifth team slot, as it provides Heal Bell support to cure status ailments:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Heal Bell
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware

As I already said, Klinklang isn't that good. It has limited coverage. If you want a Steel physical attacker, there's Scizor, which provides nice priority in Technician-powered Bullet Punch:
    -Swords Dance
    -Bug Bite
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Technician

Thank you for taking the time to help me out! Chatot isn't really one of my favourites, I just thought Chatter was a good move and the Klinklang set is from a person I know who seems to do a great job with it and Archeops. And I just saw Sandslash with Sand Veil and I thought it wouldn't matter if the enemy can't even hit. When I build my teams I try avoiding cliches, but I guess there isn't a reason to experiment when I don't know what I'm doing in the first place. I'll change up my team with your suggestions.
