It's a friend I know, He got a Catched Shiny Togepi and he trained it. Then he traded it to me for a lugia =D But he keeped a clone

ok sorry, i wasn't accusing you of hacking it's just alot of people are trading hacked pkmn to others and im getting sick of it and im sure i read somewhere that it's impossible to get max contest points, hey that means some of my pkmn that i thought where hacked arn't yay

Some are hacked, some are not.
There's a very rare chance to get a Poffin that makes that
