Ok the health for cressilia is 444 lv 100
The health for suicune is 359 level 100
The health for tyranitar is 360 lv 100
And the health for Alakazam is 232 lv 100
And as for the ev investment I couldn't tell you because I got them in a trade I also have a shiny ev'd shuckle if you're interested. level 100
