You get them from Nintendo Events, but no one knows (I don't think so at least) when those events will be and where they will be.

The Aurora Ticket and Mystic Ticket is given out by Nintendo at Wonder Spots through the use of Mystery Gift. You activate Mystery Gift by entering "Link Togethor with All" on the clipboard on the counter of any PokeMart.
You CANNOT get the tickets just by using Mystery Gifting with your friends. You have to do it at specific Wonder Spots from Nintendo. At the moment, there are NONE in the U.S.A. and I don't think there are any in Canada as well.
Right now, Nintendo is giving out the Aurora Ticket on their tour through America. If you can get to Seattle, Minneapolis, or Atlanta, you can get the tickets.
I think part of this question was already answered in the FRLG FAQ. Please look there before asking a question next time.

The Aurora and Mystic Tickets don't work for RS. You're thinking of the EON Ticket which you can just buy at a GameStop now.

yup...looks like i'm gonna have to cheat for these ones... my honor will have to fall a bit... i live in vt, which is a state as far away from anything as possible, except for alaska or maine.
