Not sure if I have much of value...but I do have a Rash Lv. 45 pkrs'd Wailord that I raised for the sole purpose of catching the Regis in my Emerald file...

One other Pokemon I have that I might think would be of value would be a Bold Lv. 25 Milotic. I'm not willing to trade my Legendaries, though. I'm saving those guys for a rainy day.
