Hmm...Hope everything's ok. Night night blue flygon.
The sprite isn't that bad. The main problem I see with it is the outline on the hair. The blonde's outline isn't near dark enough and it stands out.

Thats pretty good, I couldn't do scratch to save my life. That edit in my sig is my first sprite anything. mainly just using the fill tool in photoshop =X

Yeah...it might actually be easier working in paint. It has everything you need and I think it really simplifies things and makes spriting easier. It really just depends on preference.
