Wow I got the THIRD page of my 'Dex up! Over two days. At this rate it'll be about 64 days until I get all of it up. Unfortunately I have school. >> I don't want to go tommorow...

Here's what I derived from a Wikipedia article about the word:

The term wanksta (alternately, wangsta) refers to someone who claims to live the gangsta lifestyle just to gain recognition. A wanksta is also the term for someone who moves from the gangsta lifestyle onto a softer status in society. The term comes from the combination of the words "wannabe" and "gangsta" to create the portmanteau "wanksta."
 
Portmanteau...that's the first new word I've added to my vocabulary in a looooooooooog X 66666666666666.0001 time.
